I feel like I have been MIA
It has been forever since I blogged (and by forever I mean over a week)! Anyway . . . sorry guys, I missed a lot of your blogs, I will do as much catching up as I can. I have really missed reading all of them.
I have been super busy with work and my workouts . . . I’m doing great! Loving the gym, this is my 4th week of going six days a week. Who would have thought that I could do that with my schedule. Anyway, I love it and I feel great.
This past week I hit what I concider a milestone. I have now officially lost over 20lbs. I have never been able to do that before. Sure 10-15 is easy, but getting past there was always impossible, and this time I have!! That means that I can really do this . . . I can really keep going and hit my final goal!! I need to lose 1.4lbs this week to hit my Valentines Day goal, I am really hoping that I can do it, but won’t be too discouaged if I don’t. I know I am doing good.

Six days a week? That is soooo great! It shows you have really dedicated yourself to doing this and winning!! You are definately a great source of motivation. Keep up the good work, and Ill keep my fingers crossed for your goal for valentinesday!

I love your pumped up attitude!! Congrats on losing 20 lbs.!! Wow, that in itself is motivating!!! And isn’t it funny that on your schedule you are able to find the time to exercise? When we say we don’t have “time” it’s not true—it’s an EXCUSE!
That is awesome! Over 20 lbs?! Good job hun. Keep up the awesome work! And going on a whole month of going to the gym 6 nights a week is great! Gives me a little fire under my rear that I can get into the exercising and keep it up even tho I “never seem to have any time”. Haha. Keep it up!
Yes, you can do this! You are doing great. Keep going, and be patient with yourself. Sometimes your body is not on the same timeline as you would like, but it will eventually let go of the pounds if you keep going!
